Hi, I’m Cecilia — also known as Cece — a wife, mother, grandmother, lifelong artist, and proud Dallas native with a heart for helping women feel confident and complete again.

As the daughter of someone who has gone through breast cancer, I understand how deeply this journey can affect confidence, identity, and healing. Supporting women through areola restoration is something very close to my heart, and I genuinely care about the experience each client has during this process.

I have been a professional tattoo artist for 24 years and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in 2001, where I studied fine arts. Art has been part of my life since I was five years old, and over the years I have dedicated myself to refining my skills through experience, education, and attention to detail.

My specialized training in areola tattooing began in 2002, and in 2026 I completed an advanced refresher course to stay current with newer techniques and continue providing beautiful, natural-looking results.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I created a private studio space that feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Liv Ink Studio is state licensed through the health department and designed with a soft pink aesthetic to create a calming, uplifting experience.
